Protest has a long history, it is a way to fight for human rights, against political issues when there are major and life threatening issues, as well as dissatisfaction with governments, laws and decisions. It gives a feeling of not being heard and a chance for a minority to find likeminded.
However, while most people want to support
the protest movement, constant and polluting disruptions cause
annoyance and objection.
Keep Moving is a service that improves the information flow of protest movements for people that are not yet involved, it is based on four principles: Preventive, Empathetic, Engaging and At ease.
The service lies on the routines of citizens where the protest occurs. The Walk-In Map as a key touchpoint of the service takes place at the location of the protest beforehand, which aims to educate citizens about the upcoming event with an engaging experience. By following the questions on the map, citizens can learn about the purpose of the demonstration and at the same time, be prepared for their daily tasks when the event happens.
